REGISTRATION
Practicing physicians of various specialties, scientists, research fellows, academics, young researchers, and developers of equipment and consumables are invited to participate in the conference.
The window for submitting applications to attend the conference will run from August 1 through November 1, 2025.

Abstracts
The timeframe for submitting abstracts is from August 1 to November 2, 2025. The size of an abstract should not exceed one standard A4 page.
Abstracts will be published in an upcoming issue of the Laser Medicine journal, which is on the List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation: ISSN
Guidelines for abstract submission
Only original previously unpublished material will be accepted for publication. Bibliographic reviews will not be eligible for publication. Abstracts are to be submitted in an electronic format (without bibliographies, formulas, graphs, or tables) and include the following: the title of the paper (capitalized), authors’ initials and surnames; affiliations, the city and the country of origin; the size of the paper’s core content should not exceed 2,500 characters (including spaces), and must conform to the following structure: relevance, objective, materials and methods, results, and conclusion. The title of the paper and the authors’ initials and surnames must also be reproduced in English.
The poster session
The window for submitting applications to present a paper at the poster session will run from August 1 through October 1, 2025. The submission should include the applicant’s email address and phone number for further contact and it should be e-mailed to the organizer’s address at konf-lkm@rudn.ru.
The application to include a paper in the conference’s program must include the following information in Russian and in English: the paper’s title, full names, degrees, and titles of the speakers and their co-authors, and a brief summary of the paper (2 to 3 sentences long). Those who will be presenting an e-poster will be provided with a standard slide that follows the format required for opening and displaying the paper.
E-poster formatting requirements
Presentations for poster papers should be made out using Microsoft PowerPoint. The paper’s file name should include your full name. Use of standard fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, or Courier is advised. If there’s a need to use non-standard fonts, these should be included in the presentation’s file. We also suggest setting your slides’ size to “On-screen Show” (using the 1920×1080 screen resolution, and the aspect ratio of 16×9).
The organizing committee warrants that none of the uploaded presentations will be shared with any third parties without their authors’ explicit consent.
Poster formatting guide: the paper’s title, its authors’ full names, the city of origin and the name of the organization where the associated research was carried out, and an abstract (both in Russian and in English). Rationale, academic novelty, objective, materials and methods, results, conclusions.
The 1st International Research-to-Practice Conference with International Participation, Clinical Laser Medicine in Russia: Advanced Technologies, will feature a contest of research papers by early-career scholars that will be held in the format of a poster session. The contest is open to students, residents, PhD students, and early-career scholars under the age of 35.
